The lower terminus of the new K1 chairlift for skis and bikes is situated only 100 m (less than 0.1 mi) from our doorstep. Beginning this season, Willingen will have the currently most modern chairlift in Germany and the longest lift of Hesse. With this investment, the lift operators rely on the safe, comfortable and powerful 8-person chairlift at alpine level. During the wintertime, you will float up to the summit in red and black comfortable chairs and wind-deflecting weatherproof covers for 5 minutes. During the summer, the chairs are changed for the summer standard. Per chair, there are up to five bike mounts to attach the sports equipment to.
