Arrival:
We guarantee room availability from 2:00 PM. However, it is often possible to check in earlier. This, of course, depends on previous occupancy. Therefore, please let us know if you plan to arrive in the morning, and we will try to accommodate this (direct bookers are given priority over other booking channels!). If the reception is unmanned upon your arrival, you can easily check in using the check-in machine outside the door. Below you will find illustrated instructions for this – it's really "child's play." Please note that only EC, Visa, or Mastercard payments are accepted.
Departure:
On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 11:00 AM at the latest. Subject to availability, you are welcome to stay longer (depending on the time of day, for a fee).
Payment:
You can pay your bill in cash (except at the ATM!) or with EC, Visa, or Mastercard.
Pets:
Your favorite furry friend also has a temporary home with us. We ask that you register your pet in advance so we can reserve the right room for you. Please note that pets are not allowed in the breakfast room, and we charge a one-time fee of €25.00 per stay.
Location:
We're perfectly located for those who want to be #closetoit. Yet quietly situated between the Ritzhagen summer toboggan run/chairlift and the glassblowing workshop/climbing hall. The town center is just a 5-minute walk away. The bike park with its modern K1 lift is diagonally across the street, just 200 meters away.
Biking:
This is the perfect place for you if cycling is your great passion. Whether you're looking for action-packed downhill thrills in the bike park or a relaxed way to enjoy nature on the new green trails in Willingen, the K1 Hotel base camp is always the perfect starting point. You can store your bikes safely and dryly in our spacious bike cellar (accessible only with a room key card) with a workbench, air pump, and power outlets. There's a washing station at the corner of the parking lot to polish your bikes to a shine.

We want to reward you for booking directly! If you book directly through our website or by phone/email/carrier pigeon, we guarantee you the best price. If you find a lower rate on other platforms with the same terms (payment, cancellation), we will of course book your room at the same rate. Additionally, as a direct booker, you enjoy the advantage of early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability).
